Looking for a better new year

I can’t wait till this year is done and over with! I’ve made it through the year, taking care of little things and managing to keep food on the table, but it has not been a year of prosperity by any means. Next year has got to be better!
I need to start saving some money and getting more investments going. So far I have been investing in education, learning everything from php and css to massage therapy. An investment in education is one of the best, but I need to start earning more money, papa needs a new pair of shoes!

Decided to add a couple more friends to my blogroll I figure everyone that reads my horrible blog would be interested in reading these great blogs so i added them to my blog roll so you can find them easily. They are about the same topics my blog is but better written and more up to date with information than mine, and they are who I read when I get a chance so I figured you the reader might want to check them out and give them a good read because as we all know the best information is on Page 2 or Page 3 or Page 4 and not just the homepage of a weblog. Anyways I am off to do some cooking and cleaning write to you all real soon.

What a busy year I have had this year with everything going on at work and home I have not had much time to blog about anything or even keep up with anyones blog until now, thanks to all my hard work everything has paid off and now I have plenty of time to sit around the home and do anything my minds wants, which makes me a very happy girl.

I first started going back thru old emails and found out that a couple of my friends were inspired by my blog and started up there own blog so I wanted to give them a shout out because they are awesome people and blogs and you should be reading them to. First is Larry who has a very cute looking Wordpress theme adn blogs about anything interesting in life including his dogs.

The second is Debra Baker who is a friend from way back but still stay in touch every so often and is located at the links on her name, lol. I wonder who else has started up a blog recently that I know?

Walmart stops downloads

Read off the wire that Walmart has stopped allowing people to buy movies online and download then to a computer. The move to allow downloads was thought by many to be to be a huge stream of revenue for the retailer but I guess now is just not the time for movie videos on demand but there are still plenty of other companies doing this service so it is not the end for movies on demand.

yahoo design good - info needs updates

I love the design of yahoo’s start page. There are many features that I use with the yahoo services, and the design of the front page let’s me get to the stuff I use most often quickly, but I have noticed some of the info needs to be updated.

I know yahoo has a lot going on, and it must be crazy trying to keep all the various departments abreast of each new development and changes, but there needs to be someone testing the end user experience more I think.

Recently I tried to install the yahoo toolbar on a friends system and had so much trouble trying to get a way to make the anti-spyware button appear so I could do a scan, that I ended up getting into yahoo answers, only to find that someone else had the same problem and it appears that the anti-spy button will not work currently with windows vista - this should have been noted on the yahoo toolbar download page, which has the spyware benefit listed as one of the top reasons for getting it.

I also found a link for the best date foods and another for successful first date tips. When I clicked the link I was brought to a yahoo video page and did not see the video that had anything to do with date foods, and the link for successful first date tips was a link to a search through yahoo - which isn’t bad, just not what I expected.

Seems like everyone in the World wants to get there hands on an IPhone me being one of them. It looks very cool and does alot of great features, ubt I may decide to hold off a year on getting one and hope they make a better and faster connecting model and ofcourse cheaper would be nicer as well. but if someone out there wants to buy me anIPhone then please do so by donating some money.

Blu-ray leads HD DVD sales

Came accross an article stating Blu-ray leads HD DVD in movie disc sales so far this year , and largly due to the amount of new Play Station 3s that have been sold. Should be interesting to see what format wins the hearts and minds of the consumers, and even with this first report I still believe high definition video discs will win in the end. I just think so many people are alright with watching dvds still and it will be several years before everyone buys a next generation televeion and player and who know by that time downloading video might be the way everyone chooses to watch films at home.

My friend Jessica recently launched a blog about sex toys called the sex toys weblog I was kind of interested in just what she had done with the blog and found that she is using a simple wordpress theme with no plug ins or widgets. I have sent her the same recommendations the same I am writing you readers here and that is you need to advertise your blog and there are a couple of places to get started first go to digg delicious feedburner and technorati for starters and start an account and cliam your blog. Once you have created an account at all these places take one of your stories and tag it. Depending on what your blog is about submit your website to appropiate DMOZ and Google catagory and if you want more expsoure cough up $300 dollars to be listed in the Yahoo directory. And ofcourse cover your topics daily the more you write the more search engines will like your web site even consider having guest authors if your not able to blog daily. Consider adding video and sound to your blog and submit it to podcasting directoires and video casting directories add videos to YouTube or Google video ofcourse Jessica can not do this because it is an adult website but if your not doing adult content then you have no worries about doing the following. And ofcourse be original and use big words just amek sure you spell them right.

Love working with web designs when all I have to do is CSS desiging for it, this makes my work so simple and fast. Have been working on several online projects for friends and work it seems everyone wants a web site now. I read somewhere there over a 100 million web sites online now and something like 55 million blogs. This means there will be a never ending need for web designers which is great for me since that is all I do all day anyways. Have been considering working with several groups on virtual reality games but not sure this is something worth my time since i know very little about the programming laungauges of the authoring tool but any developer out there interested in applying for a job hit me up I have so great leads. Anyways now you know a little bit about me know let me know what yo ulove to do if your willing to share.

After noticing my adult movie collection was getting a low on stock I went on search for a store that offered a lot of videos and dvds for a great price. Every time I go into a local adult book store they always charge an arm and a leg for a five dollar dvd movie. Most DVDs at places around town sell them for minimum twenty five dollars each and some as high as sixty dollars for one disc well went I went online and search around for some adult movies on high definition and on regular dvd I came across the perfect site to buy movies to add to my depleted collection of porn. High Defintion or Blu ray movies

Alot has been said about the upcoming format battle and what will decide the winner of this grudge match. Well I decided to weigh in a the subject and hear is what I think. High Definition was the first to hit the market and besides the discs being called HD alot of other entertainment is being offered in high definition like televisions and radio. I think it is only a matter of time before we see a video player that play movies both formats and discs that can be played in either players but the fact remains you will never hear of blu ray radio or blu ray television which makes me think that everyone will have HD on thier minds when shopping for digital entertainment for years to come. And with the adult industry pushing the high definition format as the standard format of choice for the next generation of adult dvds. It is only a matter of time when just like the beta max format of before, the blu ray format will be just a thing in the past that we compare the next losing format to.
